I was delighted to meet and interview master modeller Tim Ferriss yesterday. The author of bestsellers The Four Hour Work Week, The Four Hour Body and newly, The Four Hour Chef, has made a career of learning to do new and interesting things, and getting really good at them. He’s broken world records and won world championships – as well as helped thousands of people to escape the nine-to-five and improve their health.
So, how does he do it? Does he know and use NLP modelling? And what are his metaphors for his modelling process? Listen the complete interview below.
Please note that the interview is fairly technical in some places, and will largely be of interest to NLPers and Clean Language enthusiasts. A written version, complete with explanations for some of the more obscure points and questions, will appear in Rapport magazine later in the year.
